The Lyric Theatre and Cinema in King Street, Carmarthen, is reputed to be the largest single screen cinema in Wales, with 740 seats to one screen. As a theatre auditorium it is the 4th largest in Wales. The Lyric has recently been brought up to date with a 1.5 million refurbishment and as well as hosting breathtaking full stage productions in can now be converted into a smaller cabaret venue with candle-lit tables. There are also a number of workshops and courses held at the Lyric Theatre.

Lyric Theatre & Cinema - FoyerThe Lyric Theatre is located in King Street, easily accessible from all parts of the town, and 3 public car parks are within easy walking distance. A free shuttle bus is available for some shows.
